- Portillo’s (NASDAQ:PTLO) has named Michael A. Miles, Jr. as interim CEO, effective immediately.
- Miles succeeds Michael Osanloo, who has stepped down as president, CEO, and board member.
- Osanloo will remain as special advisor during a 90-day transition period.
- Miles has served as chairman of Portillo’s since 2014 and was interim CEO from 2014 to 2015.
