- Jasper Therapeutics (NASDAQ:JSPR) priced an underwritten public offering of about 11.7 million shares and accompanying warrants at $2.43 each, plus 675,000 pre-funded warrants at the same price minus the $0.0001 per share exercise fee.
- The offering is expected to raise roughly $30 million before expenses, with proceeds going toward advancing briquilimab, its targeted aglycosylated monoclonal antibody for mast cell-driven diseases, and for general corporate purposes.
- The offering is expected to close on September 22, 2025.
