Pentair宣布收购Hydra-Stop

Pentair (NYSE:PNR) Thursday said that it has completed the previously announced transaction to acquire Hydra-Stop LLC from Madison Industries for approximately $290 million.
When adjusted for approximately $50 million of expected tax benefits, the net transaction value is approximately $240 million.
