Red Cat Holdings宣布拟议公开募股;股价下跌10%

Red Cat (NASDAQ:RCAT) plans to offer and sell shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering.
The company may also grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offered shares.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating costs, and investments in the company’s new unmanned surface vessel division.
RCAT shares down 9.9% post-market on Wednesday.
