NewMarket将收购Calca Solutions

- NewMarket (NYSE:NEU) has entered a deal to acquire Mars TopCo, the ultimate parent company of Calca Solutions.
- Based in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Calca is a hydrazine producer – a critical chemical used primarily as rocket fuel and a propellant for spacecraft. It is currently a portfolio company of private investment firm AE Industrial Partners, LP.
- The transaction is expected to close in 2025. The acquisition strengthens NewMarket’s position in mission critical chemicals while expanding its presence in resilient market sectors.
