HighPeak Energy宣布首席执行官交接

- High Peak Energy (NASDAQ:HPK) said that Michael L. Hollis, current President and a member of the Board, has been appointed interim CEO, effective immediately.
- Mr. Hollis has served as President of the company and a member of the Board since 2020 and has over 25 years of oil and gas experience.
- Prior to joining HighPeak, Mr. Hollis served as President and COO of Diamondback Energy.
- Current CEO, Director and Chairman, Mr. Jack Hightower will retire from his positions.
- The stock price traded 1.98% higher to $7.20 on Monday during after-hours trading.
