ETHZilla holds over $460M in Ether and equivalents

ETHZilla (NASDAQ:ETHZ) has announced its total holdings of 102,255 Ether and ETH Equivalents, with an average acquisition price of $3,948.72 and a current value of about $460 million.

Additionally, ETHZilla has about $228 million in USD cash equivalents and 1.5 million earned protocol tokens. The total number of outstanding shares stands at 160,676,122.

To fund its $250 million stock repurchase program, ETHZilla has entered into an OTC transaction with Cumberland DRW to obtain up to $80 million.

ETHZilla has already drawn $50 million from this facility and has repurchased about 4.0 million shares at an average price of $2.50, reducing outstanding shares by 2.3% this week, bringing the total repurchased shares in the month of September to approximately 6.0 million shares.
