Hayasa将私募LIFE单位发行规模扩大至200万加元

- Hayasa Metals (TSXV:HAY:CA) has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement by C$300,000 to up to 11.76M units at a price of C$0.17 per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$2M.
- Each unit will be comprised of one common share of the company and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at a purchase price of C$0.22 from the date that is 61 days following the close of the placement until the date that is 18 months from the close of the placement.
- The Placement is scheduled to close on or about September 19, 2025.
