Peraso从认购证行使中获得110万美元;发行新的E系列认购证

Peraso (NASDAQ:PRSO) entered a deal for the immediate exercise of 952,380 Series C warrants at $1.18/share.
Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$1.1M before fees and expenses.
In return, Peraso will issue new Series E warrants to purchase 952,380 shares at $1.25/share.
Series E warrants become exercisable in six months and will remain valid for 5.5 years.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
