YY group amends $4 mln registered direct offering

YY Group Holding (NASDAQ:YYGH) on Thursday said it has amended its previously announced registered direct offering.
- The company will now offer 9,523,812 Class A Ordinary shares and warrants to purchase up to 14,285,718 shares at a purchase price of $0.42 per share and accompanying warrants.
- The warrants have an exercise price of $0.50 per share and a 3.5-year term.
- Gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $4 million, before deducting offering expenses.
- The offering is expected to close on or about September 11, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
- YYGH is +37.342% to $0.4671.
