力拓白银安排130万美元私募

- Rio Silver (TSXV:RYO:CA) announced a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 13 million units at $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.3 million.
- Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common share at 15 cents per share for three years from closing.
- The private placements may be closed in one or more tranches.
- The gross proceeds from the issue and sale of the units, excluding warrant proceeds, will be used for exploration and development of the company's projects in Peru and for general working capital purposes.
