Stellantis出售意大利发动机制造商VMMotori

- Stellantis (NYSE:STLA) has agreed to sell Italian engine maker VM Motori as part of the company’s efforts to reorganize the business and pare assets dedicated to the manufacture of internal combustion engines.
- The business was sold to a group of Italian investors who also control engine part maker Marval, backed by Azzurra Capital.
- Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
- VM Motori previously made engines for Stellantis (NYSE:STLA) unit Fiat Chrysler before transitioning to industrial and marine engines.
