Serco (OTCPK:SECCF) on Wednesday said, it has been awarded a $97 million contract by the U.S. Navy to continue supporting the Submarine High Data Rate (SubHDR) antenna systems.
The contract, an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) agreement, has a potential total value of $97 million and spans a 10-year period, with a five-year base period and five option years.
Under the contract, Serco will provide depot-level repair, maintenance, and upgrade services.
Work will be performed at Serco's production and repair facility in Ludlow, Massachusetts, and will also provide support at NUWC in Newport, Rhode Island.
SECCF closed -6.03% at $2.91.
