ATI CFO将于3月退休;公司重申2025年指导

- Newman will remain in the role until his retirement and continue in an advisory capacity during the transition.
- Company has launched a search for the position, considering both internal and external candidates, and has engaged a leading executive search firm for the process.
- Newman played a key role in ATI’s financial transformation, including capital structure optimization and shareholder returns via buybacks, according to CEO Kimberly A. Fields.
- Rob Foster, ATI’s VP of Financial and Operating Strategies, will lead development of the 2026 financial plan.
- The company has also reiterated its guidance for the third quarter and full year 2025.
