• The gross proceeds are expected to be $175M.
• Net proceeds from this offering, together with existing cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities, will be used for avexitide commercial readiness; research and development; and working capital and other general corporate purposes.
• The offering is expected to close on or about September 11, 2025.
• The stock price dropped 2.5% during after-market hours of trading on Tuesday.
