Dominari Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:DOMH) ("Dominari" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:DOMH) today congratulated American Bitcoin ("ABTC") on its successful listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Dominari holds approximately 23,199,205 shares of ABTC. Based on ABTC's closing price of $7.40 per share on September 5, 2025, Dominari's position had an approximate market value of $171,674,117 at the time of that close.
