宣布二次发行后，福克斯股价下跌

Fox (NASDAQ:FOX) dropped over 4% in premarket trading on Tuesday after pricing a secondary offering of 16,835,016 shares of its Class B common stock at $54.25 per share.
Fox also announced that trusts benefiting Prudence MacLeod, Elisabeth Murdoch, James Murdoch, their descendants, and charitable organizations plan to offer a total of 16,926,837 shares of Class B common stock in an underwritten public offering.
