金罗斯削减了Asante Gold的股份

Asante Gold (OTCPK:ASGOF) said Kinross Gold (NYSE:KGC) has sold nearly 29.9 million of its shares in the company, representing about 4.2% of Asante’s outstanding stock and nearly 44.7% of Kinross’ stake.
The shares were sold at $1.55 each, a 10% discount to Asante’s September 5 closing price.
Before the sale, Kinross owned 9.4% of Asante's outstanding shares and up to 18% of the shares, on a partially-diluted basis.
Following the transaction, it now holds 36.9 million shares, 5 million warrants, and a convertible debenture, giving it a ~5.2% ownership on a non-diluted basis, or 13.2% of the outstanding shares, on a partially diluted basis assuming the conversion of the convertible securities of Asante held by Kinross.
