DBV Technologies (NASDAQ:DBVT) filed a prospectus supplement with the SEC for an at-the-market offering up to $150M of American Depositary Shares.
Each ADS represents five ordinary shares of the company.
The new ATM Program replaces the prior ATM program from May 2022, with similar terms and conditions.
Proceeds will primarily fund the Biologics License Application and potential launch of the VIASKIN Peanut patch for toddlers aged 1-3 years.
Additional funds will support ongoing development of the VIASKIN technology platform, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
