NeuSense Therapeutics宣布50万美元私募

- NeuroSense Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NRSN) announced on Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement with a single investor for a $500,000 private placement of ordinary shares.
- Under the terms of the agreement, NeuroSense will issue 333,334 ordinary shares at a purchase price of $1.50 per share, representing a 40% premium to the closing price of the company's ordinary shares on September 3, 2025.
- The private placement is expected to close on September 8, 2025.
- Proceeds from the financing are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and working capital, said the company.
- NRSN +3.73% premarket to $1.11.
