- IMPACT Silver (TSXV:IPT:CA) entered into an agreement with Red Cloud Securities pursuant to which Red Cloud and Research Capital, as co-lead underwriters and joint bookrunners, have agreed to purchase for resale 22.22M units at a price of C$0.36 per unit for gross proceeds of ~C$8M.
- The company will grant to the underwriters an option, exercisable up to 48 hours prior to the closing date, to purchase for resale up to an additional ~5.55M units for additional gross proceeds of up to ~C$2M.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds for advanced underground development and infrastructure, expand mining operations and processing capacity, accelerate resource development, and for general working capital and corporate purposes.
- The offering is scheduled to close on September 17, 2025.
