Cognition Therapeutics推出3000万美元股票发行

Cognition Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CGTX) has announced an offering of 14.7M shares, aiming to raise approximately $30M in gross proceeds.
The offering is expected to close around August 29, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The company intends to use the net proceeds to fund preparation for its Phase 3 programs of zervimesine in neurodegenerative disorders, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
