CEL-SCI Corporation (NYSE:CVM) said on Wednesday that it intends to offer to sell shares of its common stock in a best-efforts public offering.
All of the shares of common stock are being offered by the company.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund the continued development of Multikine, for general corporate purposes, and working capital.
Shares of CEL-SCI (NYSE:CVM) fell more than 24% in extended trading.
