Mineros宣布在哥伦比亚回购1200万美元股票

Mineros (MSA) said on Wednesday that it will repurchase up to $12 million in shares in Colombia from September 1 to 5, 2025.
The buyback, conducted through the Colombian Stock Exchange, will be limited to the number of common shares tendered, with pro-rata purchases if oversubscribed.
The offer is not being made through the Toronto Stock Exchange and is not considered an issuer bid under Canadian securities laws.
