GOAT Industries (OTCPK:BGTTF) has announced the upsizing of its non-brokered private placement offering to an aggregate of up to $6M.
The offering will now consist of a minimum raise of $2M and a maximum raise of $6M.
The offering will now consist of up to 20M units at a price of $0.30 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.45 per share for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance.
The net proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the company’s previously announced acquisition of 1509467 B.C. and Vroom.
