Beneficient在10季度末面临新的纳斯达克退市通知

- Beneficient (NASDAQ:BENF) said on Friday it has received a new delisting notice from Nasdaq due to its failure to file its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2025.
- The company has previously received notification from Nasdaq due to its continued non-compliance issues including the its failure to meet Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum bid price requirement and delays in filing its annual report for the fiscal year that ended March 31.
- The company has requested a hearing with the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, where it plans to present its compliance strategy and seek an extension of time; though there is no assurance the request will be granted.
- BENF -5.1% after hours to $0.325
