第四季度业绩超出预期，Ubiquiti股价飙升，回购计划增加5亿美元

- Ubiquiti (NYSE:UI) shares surged 10% in premarket trading on Friday after its fiscal fourth-quarter results topped estimates by a wide margin.
- The networking company said that for the fiscal year ended June 30, it earned an adjusted $3.54 per share as revenue surged 49.6% year-over-year to $759.2M. Ubiquiti said the growth came from its Enterprise Technology platform, and to a lesser extent, its Service Provider Technology platform.
- In addition, Ubiquiti said its board of directors authorized a new share buyback program for up to $500M. The company also said it would pay a quarterly dividend of at least $0.80 per share in each quarter of fiscal 2026.
