埃森哲收购社交和影响力机构Superdigital

- Consulting firm Accenture (NYSE:ACN) announced on Tuesday that it has acquired U.S.-based Superdigital, an agency focused on social and influencer marketing.
- Superdigital will become a part of Accenture Song in an effort to boost existing client offerings in social marketing, including content, commerce and measurement.
- Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
- The deal is Accenture's second acquisition of the week, as the consulting giant said on Monday it acquired California-based The Highlands Consulting Group.
- Accenture shares rose 1.3% in midday trading.
