Essential Properties Realty Trust宣布定价4亿美元的5.400%优先票据

- Essential Properties Realty Trust (NYSE:EPRT) on Monday said its operating partnership, Essential Properties, has priced a public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior notes due 2035.
- The notes were priced at 98.317% of the principal amount and will mature on December 1, 2035.
- The offering is expected to settle on August 21, 2025.
- The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the company.
- The operating partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, including funding future investment activity.
- EPRT +1.02% after hours to $30.56.
