- Regency Silver (RSMX:CA) (OTCQB:RSMXF) has upsized its previously announced best efforts brokered private placement led by Centurion One Capital as lead agent and sole bookrunner due to strong investor demand.
- Under the amended terms, the company will issue 50,000,000 units of the company at $0.05 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000.
- Each unit shall consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant.
- Each full warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional share for $0.10 for 24 months from the closing date.
