德勒克补充说，他是Hedgeye的新长

Delek US Holdings (NYSE:DK) was added as a new long idea at Hedgeye. 

"The EPA is due to give a 2026-27 RVO mandate by the end of October and there is an expectation it will need to resolve outstanding SRE petitions beforehand," Hedgeye analyst Fernando Valle wrote in a note on Friday. "There are several options, some that would crater the RINs market, but we expect the EPA will look to attenuate impact on future RINs, while granting court-mandated relief to impacted small refiners." 

Hedgeye raised Delek (NYSE:DK) to a best long idea from the short bench on its expectation that a favorable resolution could result in material one-time gains (100%) and improvements in profitability, Valle added in the note. 

Shares of Delek (DK) rose 1.6% on Friday.
