ProFRAC在定价7500万美元股票发行后下滑

- ProFrac (NASDAQ:ACDC) priced its public offering of 18.75 million Class A shares at $4.00 each, aiming to raise about $75 million before expenses.
- Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $11.25 million in shares. The offering is expected to close around August 14, 2025.
- ProFrac plans to use the proceeds to pay down debt, fund potential investments, and for general corporate purposes.
- ACDC -28.8% premarket on Wednesday.
