CuriosityStream宣布持有人定价2450万美元

CuriosityStream (NASDAQ:CURI) announced that a selling stockholder will offer 7 million shares of the company’s common stock at $3.50 each in a secondary public offering.
The selling stockholder will receive all the net proceeds from the offering.
Closing is expected on August 14, 2025, pending customary conditions. Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy an additional 1.05 million shares at the same price.
Shares are down nearly 11% in premarket trading.
