卡莱尔支持的Orion Breweries计划下个月东京IPO-报告

Japanese beer maker Orion Breweries is reportedly planning its listing in Tokyo as early as next month, six years after Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG) and Nomura Holdings (NYSE:NMR) acquired the company.
The brewery has hired Nomura’s securities unit, SMBC Nikko Securities and Mizuho Financial Group (NYSE:MFG) as underwriters to its initial public offering, Bloomberg reported.
Orion, based in Japan’s southern islands of Okinawa, plans to unveil details such as listing date and offering size as soon as next week, the report said.
