- The upsized offering includes 20M common shares at C$0.95 each.
- The financing includes both a brokered and non-brokered component.
- Crescat Capital LLC, Tectonic’s largest shareholder (owns ~21%), increased its investment to C$3M.
- Agents have a 15% over-allotment option, exercisable until 48 hours before closing.
- Proceeds will fund the Flat Gold Project and support corporate and working capital needs.
