F & G年金与Blackstone支持的工具推出10亿美元的再保险合作伙伴关系

F&G Annuities & Life (NYSE:FG) partners with a new reinsurance vehicle backed by Blackstone-managed funds with ~$1B capital commitments.
The reinsurer will provide long-term growth capital through a forward flow quota share reinsurance agreement on fixed indexed annuity products, effective August 1, 2025.
