TTEC创始人撤回私有化提议

- TTEC (NASDAQ:TTEC) founder, Chairman, and CEO Kenneth Tuchman has withdrawn his previously announced proposal to take the company private, citing current market conditions as the reason.
- The original take-private proposal was a non-binding offer made on September 27, 2024, in which Tuchman aimed to acquire all outstanding shares not already owned by him and his controlled affiliates.
- Following this update, the Board has expressed full confidence in TTEC’s ability to continue operating successfully as a public company under the current executive leadership.
- The stock lost more than 40%, close to $3.10.
