- Duos Technologies (NASDAQ:DUOT) has priced its upsized and oversubscribed public offering at $6.00 per share, selling 6.67 million shares. Underwriters also have a 30-day option to buy up to 838,851 additional shares.
- With over $40 million now expected on its balance sheet, Duos is fully funded to pursue its $50 million revenue pipeline and advance deployment of 65 additional Edge Data Centers.
- Proceeds will support the expansion and commercialization of Duos’ Edge Data Center business, moving the company into Stage 2 of its growth strategy.
