宝洁提拔首席运营官和长期高管Shailesh Jejurikar担任首席执行官

- Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) said that COO and long-time executive Shailesh Jejurikar will replace current CEO Jon Moeller as chief executive of the company, effective January 1, 2026.
- Shailesh Jejurikar, 58, who joined the company in 1989, and has held various positions across divisions, most notably overseeing P&G's Fabric & Home Care sector, which includes brands like Tide and Ariel.
- He will move into the CEO role at a time when the consumer staples giant is struggling to navigate slowing sales, changing trade policies, and global economic headwinds.
- P&G’s board has also nominated Jejurikar as a director at the upcoming annual shareholder meeting in October 2025.
- Moeller, who has served as CEO since 2021, will transition to the role of executive chairman and remain involved to offer guidance.
