KKR承诺向澳大利亚CleanPeak Energy提供5亿澳元

- KKR (NYSE:KKR) is investing A$500 million in Australian renewable energy company CleanPeak Energy to support growth of its distributed energy platform.
- The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
- The investment will enable CleanPeak to grow and develop a pipeline of distributed solar, battery storage and micro‑grid solutions for Australia’s commercial and industrial sector.
- KKR is making the investment through its Global Climate Transition strategy, marking its first deal in the Asia-Pacific region and the sixth globally under the initiative.
