加州监管机构批准Uniti和Windstream合并

Uniti Group (NASDAQ:UNIT) and Windstream have received final regulatory approval from the California Public Utilities Commission for their planned merger.
The merger is expected to close after market hours on or around August 1, 2025.
Post-merger, Uniti will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Windstream Parent, which will be renamed “Uniti Group Inc.”
The new entity's stock will trade on Nasdaq under the symbol “UNIT” starting around August 4, 2025.
UNIT shares down 1.9% post-market on Thursday.
