- The stock is convertible into ~3.4M shares of GameSquare at $1.50/share.
- This marks GameSquare’s first direct NFT investment and part of its strategy targeting 6–10% annualized stablecoin returns.
- GameSquare plans to use the NFT for marketing, licensing, and community engagement initiatives.
- The company is collaborating with Leshner’s Superstate on potential tokenization of GameSquare shares.
- GameSquare also purchased $10M in ETH (2,742.75 ETH), bringing total ETH holdings to 12,913.49 ETH (~$45M invested).
- GAME shares up 4% premarket on Thursday.
