LEEF Brands宣布100万加元私募

- LEEF Brands (OTCQB:LEEEF) announced on Thursday a private placement offering of up to 4 million units at C$0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$1million.
- Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at C$0.30 for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the offering.
- The company said the net proceeds to be used for general working capital purposes.
