DEFSEC Technologies (NASDAQ:DFSC) has priced its offering of 759,879 common shares, or pre-funded warrants in lieu of shares, bundled with common share purchase warrants to buy up to 759,879 additional shares at C$8.955 per share and accompanying warrant.
The warrants will have an exercise price of C$10.52 per share, are exercisable upon issuance and will expire five years following the date of issuance.
The offering is expected to generate gross proceeds of approximately C$6.8 million, which DEFSEC plans to use for working capital and general corporate purposes.
