Romios宣布50万美元的非经纪发行

- Romios Gold Resources Inc. (TSXV:RG:CA) on Wednesday said it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of up to 25 million working capital units priced at $0.02 per WC Unit for up to $500,000.
- Each WC Unit comprises one common share of the company priced at $0.02 and one full common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share for three years exercisable at a price of $0.05 until two years following the closing of the offering and at $0.06 until the third anniversary of closing.
- Funds will be used for exploration and working capital.
- Two insiders of the company have subscribed for 5.5M WC units for $110,000 and insiders may subscribe for a further 2M WC units for a total of up to $150,000 of the offering.
