Investment management organization Franklin Resources (NYSE:BEN), better known as Franklin Templeton, announced on Monday the second-quarter share repurchase activity for select funds.

Putnam Managed Municipal Income Trust (PMM) bought back 280,433, compared to the first-quarter repurchase of 837,971 shares.

Putnam Municipal Opportunities Trust (PMO) acquired 690,423 shares, up from 543,575 in Q1. Templeton Emerging Markets Fund (EMF) bought 52,676 shares, down from 139,103 in Q1.
