Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT) has announced the acquisition of six Novant Health Urgent Care properties for $12.0 million.

These properties, situated in prime South Carolina locations, are under long-term, triple net leases and are corporate-operated.

The deal's cap rate was in line with FCPT's prior transactions.

Novant Health is a comprehensive healthcare network with over 900 locations, including 19 hospitals.
