Sonim科技将被Social Mobile收购

- Sonim Technologies (NASDAQ:SONM) has entered into a definitive agreement, pursuant to which enterprise mobility solutions provider Social Mobile will acquire the assets and substantially all current liabilities of Sonim Technologies at $20M, including a $5M potential earn-out in an all-cash transaction.
- The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder and regulatory approvals.
- SONM shares rose over 12% premarket.
