Robot Consulting (NASDAQ:LAWR) has priced its initial public offering at $4 per ADS, offering 3.75M ADSs to raise $15M in gross proceeds.
Each ADS represents one ordinary share; trading begins July 17, 2025, on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker “LAWR.”
Underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to 562,500 additional ADSs.
IPO proceeds will support hiring, R&D, office expansion, equipment investment, and general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close on or around July 18, 2025.
The Japanese company provides HR platform services and aims to expand into legal tech and the metaverse.
