BTC Digital股价因发行600万美元而下跌

BTC Digital (NASDAQ:BTCT) shares fell 14% after the blockchain technology company launched an offering to raise approximately $6.0 million.
The offering consists of 2M ordinary shares priced at $3.00 each. The company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with its existing cash, for the purchase of Ethereum.
The transaction is expected to close on or about July 16, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
